I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional support Alex provided last week.

As you may know, Mr. X had surgery scheduled for June 19th. Unfortunately, his home care provider backed out at the last minute due to a staff shortage. Alex promptly stepped in and successfully arranged for a new home care provider, ensuring Gordon received the necessary support in a timely manner.

Thank you, Alex, for your dedication and quick action in a challenging situation. Your efforts have been invaluable to Mr. X’s recovery and well-being.

I appreciate having such a reliable and proactive member on Mr. X’s team. I look forward to continuing our successful collaboration and achieving even greater milestones together.

Brian was a very encouraging and supportive OT. He was my advocate, my cheerleader and a shoulder to cry on at times when I was frustrated and not meeting my own expectations. He encouraged me when he could see the progress that I wasn’t necessarily seeing! I never felt judged, rushed or misunderstood. He worked with me to make reasonable personal goals and arranged an achievable, gradual plan to return to work. He would tweak and edit that plan whenever necessary to make sure I was successful. I would not have gotten this far without his gentle support. Highly recommend!

When I began working with Jason, I couldn’t leave my house. I sat on my front steps and cried. It’s with his wisdom, support and compassion that I’ve been able to expand my safe spaces, and meet anything challenging head on. Thank you Jason for your humour, for letting me set the pace, and knowing when it was time to run with my momentum!
