Job Description

Expected Start Date As soon as possible.

Work Hours Flexible hours.

Mentorship and Coaching Comprehensive one-year training program with ongoing support beyond the initial year. New grads welcome.

Learning and Development Budget Reimbursement for education/training courses for part-time and full-time occupational therapists.

Pay

$77 - $88/hour including travel time, communication time, indirect care, etc.
Guaranteed full-time hours for 3 months.
Administrative Time – Participate in training, weekly mentorship sessions, monthly OT focused clinical meetings, and any extra time needed to complete reports while being compensated.

Profit Sharing Full-time occupational therapists become eligible for our profit-sharing program after 1 year.

Bonuses Competitive signing bonus, referral bonuses, student placement bonuses, in addition to eligibility for the profit-sharing program.
