Pay: $77 to $95/hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical and functional assessments to understand client conditions, including physical injuries, concussions, and mental health concerns.
• Plan a proper treatment and rehabilitation program aligned with the client’s condition.
• Reassess and modify the treatment plan based on client progress.
• Analyze the home’s condition to use proper equipment, support, and client care.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure proper client management.
• Support clients to recover and return to work in top-notch condition.
• Manage your caseload of clients properly.
• Keep track of your caseloads.
• Submit an accurate report and relevant documentation on time.

Skills Required

• Post-graduate in Occupational Therapy is an advantage.
• Experience working in the community.
• 1–3 years of experience in Occupational Therapy, including handling patients with brain injury, chronic pain, concussion, or other neurological disabilities.
• Experience in client support, care, and return to work in perfect condition.

Additional Requirements:

Masters in Occupational Therapy.
Member in good standing with COTBC.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
