Logic Rehabilitation offers client-oriented occupational therapy in clients’ homes and workplaces. Our specialists provide assigned treatment and support clients throughout their rehabilitation process till they can return to work.

As our workloads are increasing, we are looking for professional Occupational Therapists to join our team in Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack.

We are offering a contracting position. You can apply for full-time or part-time with the most competitive salary packages in this region, hourly from $74 to $95. Other profits & additional benefits included.

We work under various frameworks, including ICBC, WorkSafe BC, Canada Life, and other claim-based systems. Our treatment is client-oriented, ensuring clients’ progress. Logic Rehab offers broad regional coverage and consistent care in various locations, including Vancouver Metro area, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack. We provide 24/7 consultations and ensure clients are connected with an expert occupational therapist anytime they need.

Job Description

Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Hours: Flexible.
Pay: $74 – $95/hour with a great signing bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the client’s needs, including those with physical injuries, concussions, or mental health challenges.
• Develop specific treatment plans and rehabilitation programs based on each client’s situation.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans as needed to help clients reach their goals.
• Assess the home to determine the need for equipment, support, or attendant care.
• Work as part of a team to manage and plan client care.
• Help clients transition back to work smoothly and coordinate with everyone involved.
• Manage your own caseload of clients and keep accurate records.
• Write reports and submit documentation on time.

Skills Required

• Completion of Post-graduate Occupational Therapy treatment courses.
• 1–3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, including experience working with individuals affected by mental health, brain injury, or other neurological disabilities.
• Experience in client return to work and interdisciplinary care.
• Experience working in the community.
• Experience with chronic pain and concussion.

Others:

• Masters in Occupational Therapy.
• Member in good standing with COTBC.
• Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
